Fees include all sessions, conference materials and breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons and reception(s). Registration for groups of 5 or more individuals per organization may qualify for additional discounts. For more information, please e-mail programs@theadvisoryboard.net.
How to Register
There are three ways to register:
- On-line: Please complete the registration form and click on the submit button. Please note that your registration is not complete until we have received your payment in full.
- Via Phone: Contact Kathy Sautters at 860-489-6563. If she is not available, please leave a message with your name, firm name and phone number.
- Via Fax: Simply print this form and fax it to WINNING IS EVERYTHING at the secure fax number: 860-489-4887.
Conference Policies
Hotel Reservations: Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of conference guests. To reserve your room at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, call 877-632-9001 and mention that you’re part of The Winning is Everything Conference. A discounted rate of $259 per night is available for the nights of January 26, 27 and 28, 2009. You must register prior to December 31, 2008 in order to receive these rates.
Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received prior to 12/1/08. Refunds, less an administration fee of $100, will be issued on written requests received before 1/1/09. Due to financial obligations incurred, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after 1/1/09. Program “no shows” forfeit their entire registration fee.
Substitutions: You may substitute another individual for your registration. All substitutions must be communicated to conference administration prior to 1/20/09.

Winning Is Everything Conference CPE Credit........... 14 hours
This conference qualifies for up to 23 hours of Advanced CPE credit. No prerequisites or advanced preparation are required. PDI Global, Inc. is sponsoring Winning Is Everything and the Rising Stars Workshop as continuing professional education activities. PDI Global is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPA Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
